Plenty International is gathering toys for the children of Isle de Jean Charles for a Christmas Toy Giveaway Parade. Families on the island have been hit hard over the last few years by hurricanes and the oil spill, and this Sunday a crew of volunteers will bring cheer, gifts, comfort, and food to many tribal families during the parade led by Chief Albert of the Biloxi-Chitimacha-Choctaw.
